One venue, one Changeboard team and 500 senior HR professionals gathered at the Royal Opera House in London on 9th July for our first ever conference, Future Talent, in support of Plotr and the CIPD’s Learning to Work programme.

The conference stimulated lots of debate and discussion – and our twitter hashtag #FutureTalentConf trended in the UK – it’s certainly a topic we’re all very passionate about.
